How god pursues

Our message is the Bible’s message. It’s God’s message. It’s the promise that God has loved you since before you were born and has always been trying to get you reconnected with Him. He’s using this sentence you’re reading right now to awaken your heart to the truth that He loves you unconditionally, and He wants to have a relationship with you.

How God loves

how god loves

God’s love is unconditional. When we are at our worst, we are still the most important thing in the universe to God. When he created us in the first place, it was because He loved us and desired to share the joys of the universe He created with us. He knows us better than we will ever know ourselves. He sees us, values us, and intimately understands every detail that makes us who we are. We were created perfectly, in God’s image, before we sinned and lost our way. All of us have sinned, every single one of us. No one is perfect.

How God saves

how god saves

Because of our sin, we have no right to be close to God and deserve to be left to our brokenness and pain for eternity. Yet God couldn’t let that happen, so He sent Jesus to take on himself our punishment for sin. He paid for our sin by dying in our place, because His love is so, completely, perfectly unconditional. The Bible tells us that the cost of our sin is permanent death and separation from God. But God’s free gift to us is forgiveness and eternal life, paid for by Jesus Christ on the cross.

what role do i play?

The bible clearly shows us that when we confess our sins to God and believe in the saving sacrifice that Jesus paid for us, God makes us as though we are brand new. He heals us, mending every broken piece of our hearts, and sets us free from an eternity without Him. God already loves you unconditionally, and Jesus already paid for your sins for you. All you have to do is believe in God’s love, trust in what Jesus has done, and begin rebuilding your relationship with God.
